Dr. Bryan Ophaug  (Picture)

Dr. Ophaug grew up in Arden Hills, MN and graduated from Mounds View High School.  He received his undergraduate training at the University of North Dakota and is a 2003 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.  He served as an associate dentist with Dr. Robert Thompson at Bass Lake Dental for 4 1/2 years, and purchased the practice upon Dr. Thompson's retirement in May, 2008.  In addition to numerous continuing education courses, Dr. Ophaug has completed a comprehensive advanced training course in Cerec Cad/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing).  He has also completed a Standard Proficiency Dental Laser Course at the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry.  Dr. Ophaug was named one of the Top Dentists by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine in 2007 and again in 2009.  He resides in South Minneapolis with his French bulldogs, Frankie and Jinx.

Dr. Brian Welle   (Picture)

Dr. Welle is also a lifelong resident of Minnesota who was raised in Lake Elmo, MN and graduated from Mahtomedi High School.  He received his undergraduate education at the University of Minnesota, Morris, and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2007.  Dr. Welle completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) where he obtained extensive experience in general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics and periodontics prior to joining Dr. Ophaug as an associate in August, 2008.  Dr. Welle has also completed advanced training in the use of Cerec CAD/CAM technology.  Dr. Welle resides in Blaine, MN and enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their two children Madisen and Camoren.
